Shipping policy

 

These Shipping Terms apply to Renolivra (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and are intended to clearly explain the delivery scope, fees, timelines, and related conditions for orders placed through our online store.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services throughout the United Kingdom only. Orders destined for locations outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of £89.99 or more (including £89.99) qualify for free shipping
  • Orders with a total value below £89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £9.99

All applicable taxes and shipping-related charges are included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional fees.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are from 8:00 to 18:00 (GMT).

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping volume.

6. Shipping Carriers

Depending on operational requirements, deliveries may be handled by one of the following carriers:

  • SEUR
  • Royal Mail
  • PackLink

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • Payment details
  • Shipping carrier information

You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to check the status of your order.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • If a product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us promptly for assistance
  • Once an order has been shipped, shipping details generally cannot be modified or cancelled
  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate, as incorrect information may affect delivery
