Once an order is successfully submitted and payment is completed, an order record will be generated. Confirmed orders will enter the processing stage. We reserve the right to verify orders or contact you if irregularities are identified.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery of our products is available throughout the United Kingdom. After payment confirmation, the order is registered and prepared. The average processing time is 1 to 3 working days, after which the parcel is handed over to the carrier responsible for delivery. The estimated total delivery time generally ranges from 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and the volume of shipments during the period. To ensure reliability and timely delivery, we work with qualified carriers such as Seur, Royal Mail, and Packlink. Orders with a value equal to or greater than 89.99 GBP qualify for free delivery; for orders below this amount, a fixed delivery fee of 9.99 GBP applies. 6. Order Cancellation

You may request the cancellation of an order within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet started and the parcel has not been handed over to the carrier. Once preparation has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, a return request may be submitted after receipt of the order, in accordance with the instructions set out in our Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns And Exchanges

A request for return or exchange may be submitted within 30 days following delivery of the product. Requests are accepted in cases of visible defects, quality issues, significant color differences, unusual odors, or when the item received does not correspond to the item ordered. Where refund conditions are met, refunds will be issued using the original payment method after verification is completed. The time required for funds to be credited may vary depending on the payment channel.
